Mission Statement

Compassionate Care Hospice has defined as its mission to affirm life during its final stages by providing holistic compassionate care to patients and their families; by providing access to hospice care for underserved or difficult to serve populations; by wise and efficient use of available resources, and by educating the community in order to provide them with knowledge regarding end-of-life and hospice care around quality of life.

Description

Compassionate Care Hospice is a community based organization committed to providing the highest quality of end of life care to patients, their families and close friends throughout 21 states.

The Compassionate Care team strongly embraces the philosophy that end of life care is so much more than just treating the symptoms of a disease. Treating the spirit and soul are equally important in allowing a terminally ill patient to die in peace and allow those left behind to be supported through their grief.
