We are looking for an outgoing, dynamic, flexible and super organized volunteer available for the festival days, as well as for several hours a week in the months leading up to the festival. Due to the amazing growth of the Festival we are looking for two more people to help manage our wonderful volunteers. Experience in volunteer recruitment and training is desirable, but not mandatory. If you have a passion for film, for our community, for learning new things or for volunteering we will train you on the rest!!

The mission of the La Costa Film Festival is to bring entertainment and culture using the medium of film to those living in North San Diego County.
Description
The Film Festival is an annual four day event that exhibits first-run feature films as well as student made shorts and documentaries in various venues around the City of Carlsbad.
