ORGANIZATION: St. Louis Arc

Awake, Aware, and Alive educates participants about elements of a balanced life, including mind, body, and spirit. This class will help individuals explore new strategies to manage stress and improve overall wellbeing. Volunteers will help participants explore and engage in new recreational experiences, such as Yoga, Pilates, and Tai Chi.

Tuesdays, April 2nd - May 7th, 2019

The St. Louis Arc is a non-profit, United Way agency that provides support and services to more than 4,000 adults and children with intellectual and developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. It is an affiliated chapter of The Arc of the United States.
