Mock interviewers conduct one-on-one practice interviews with participants. Each interviewer works from a list of pre-written questions, which they ask sequentially. When the participant responds to the questions, the interviewer records observations in a form they will receive from the career center. The form asks for a number ranking and comments regarding the quality of the participant’s vocal and physical performance and content. Upon completion of the interview, the interviewer provides feedback to the participant and delivers the form to the career center.
