Join our enthusiastic teaching team of 400 volunteers across northern Virginia! Help us welcome immigrants by teaching them the skill sets needed to better participate in our community.
Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Arlington-Hogar Immigrant Services needs ESOL (English for Speakers of other Languages) teachers at our location in Manassas. Classes are held weekday mornings, Monday- Thursday from 9- 10:30. Classes are also held afternoons from 6- 7:30 and 7:30- 9pm.
We also offer Saturday classes from 10 am - 12 pm. We allow teaching in pairs for those who wish to teach with a friend or spouse. No experience or foreign language ability necessary and all materials and training provided!
Now recruiting teachers for our fall semester, the first day of classes will begin in August and the duration of the semester will be 14 weeks.
