Mission Statement

Literacy is the quality or state of being literate, especially the ability to read and write. (www.dictionary.com) Follow My Lead Kids' Fund is striving to improve literacy skills amongst children in our impoverished public schools throughout the United States. Reading is the foundation of learning. We want to create tomorrow's leaders. Every child will improve and build on their literacy skills. FMLKF will meet the needs of each child's learning style, beginning to build relationships with teachers and parents by encouraging learning through positive reinforcement as well using our surroundings as a learning environment. Follow My Lead Kids' Fund will develop more creative, organized, adaptable, and success driven students. We will inspire our children to be goal driven making them ready to handle today's global industry with vast economical changes. Students will begin to create an interest and readiness for higher education.

Description

Follow My Lead Kids' Fund will raise money to help fund literacy programs throughout the United States. We will provide learning materials for classrooms that lack adequate materials. Follow My Lead Kids' Fund will also establish literacy workshop for students in low inome areas.
