Pet

We are looking for certified pet therapy animals (the certification can be from any American Kennel Club recognized therapy dog organization)

Enhance the quality of life for our patients by volunteering with your beloved pet. Our patients are in desperate need for touch, love, companionship, and animals are perfect for the job. Enjoy talking about your love of animals with our patients and learning about their lives during your visit.

All types of animals are welcome to participate and together we can determine what the right setting will be. Common animal types include: Dog, Bird, Cat, Equine, Guinea Pig, Goat, Pig, Rabbit, and we are willing to entertain more ideas! You volunteer based on your schedule, and we are flexible.

Due to COVID 19 most of our visits are outdoors though we do provide PPE and are allowed into some facilities if you are willing.
