The American Cancer Society is seeking a group of Young Professionals within Fairfield County that are looking to make a difference in the global movement to end cancer! We need your help in 'brainstorming’ new and exciting ways to raise funds and awareness for the fight against cancer within Fairfield County.
Through our Relay For Life campaign, communities around the world are able to honor cancer survivors, remember loved ones lost, and fight back against a disease that has already taken too much. Relay For Life's volunteer-driven model helps make it the most successful fundraising event in the world!
"Young Professionals Against Cancer (YPAC) is a volunteer organization comprised of young adults from Fairfield County and surrounding areas dedicated to supporting the American Cancer Society in its mission to eliminate cancer through research, education, advocacy, and service. For over 100 years the American Cancer Society has been the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.
