The American Cancer Society is seeking a group of Young Professionals within Fairfield County that are looking to make a difference in the global movement to end cancer! We need your help in 'brainstorming’ new and exciting ways to raise funds and awareness for the fight against cancer within Fairfield County.
MISSION:
"Young Professionals play a pivotal role in enhancing the mission of the American
Cancer Society in every state and in every community across the country. We're here to
save lives and help you fulfill yours through meaningful volunteer experiences,
networking opportunities, fundraising events, mission programs and more - helping
you find your passion and make a tangible difference so we can save lives and diminish
suffering from cancer."
For over 100 years the American Cancer Society has been the nationwide, community-based, voluntary health organization dedicated to eliminating cancer as a major health problem by preventing cancer, saving lives, and diminishing suffering from cancer, through research, education, advocacy, and service.

Whether you like the quietness of office work, helping cancer patients and their families or being in charge of a swank gala, we have a spot for you. Get involved! It will make you feel good. We particularly need the help of survivors.
