Volunteering at the Thrift Shoppe involves greeting donors at the door and bringing in their donations (heavy lifting) and a lot of moving around -- we are always busy! If you like a fast-paced environment, with a ton of interaction with donors, staff and other volunteers, this will be the position for you!

Duties include:

1. Sorting donations of clothing. household items and other donations.

2. Greeting donors at the door, giving them a donation receipt and bringing in the items in an organized manner.

3. Various cleaning and dusting as needed.

You must be able to lift heavy items, remain on your feet throughout the entire shift, and be friendly and compasionate!

This position requires a one-day-per-week commitment.
