The Community Justice Board (CJB) is a Pima County Attorney’s Office diversion program that provides an alternative to traditional prosecution. By using restorative justice practices, CJB Volunteers work with first or second time youth offenders by holding them accountable for the harm they have caused and utilizing strength-based consequences that encourage self-reflection, asset building and goal-setting.
