Volunteer Transportation Services (VTS) is a new transportation service for
older adults, people with disabilities and veterans. VTS is now recruiting
volunteer drivers. Volunteers complete an in-person orientation, a criminal & driving
background check and complete a drug screening.

Mission Statement
Centralina Connection, operating as Volunteer Transportation Services, provides rides to the transportation disadvantaged, including older adults, veterans, and persons with disabilities. Through partnerships with community organizations, existing transit and volunteers, individuals will have increased access to transportation services necessary for maintaining independence.
Description
Volunteer Transportation Services (or VTS) was created in 2013 to fill the transportation gap for adults with permanent or temporary disabilities, veterans, and individuals 50 and over, in order to enhance quality of life by providing access to daily life activities.
