ViaQuest Hospice needs a Veteran volunteer to provide companionship for a Veteran patient.
Many community hospice providers have implemented an innovative model for serving Veterans at the end of life - the Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteer Program. We aim to pair recruited Vetran Volunteers with hospice Veteran patients.
Veteran Volunteers have the unique ability to relate and connect with these patients, thereby creating an environment where life review and healing may occure.

Description
We are dedicated to providing end of life palliative care. We also offer our patients and their families spiritual and bereavement counseling in their time of need.
Our scope of service includes a network of physicians, nurses, aids, therapists, chaplains, and volunteers.
We work hard to provide comfort and pain management for the terminally ill and their entire families, wherever they may be.
