ORGANIZATION: Family Eldercare

Help retired fireman prep and serve a holiday lunch to 600+ seniors! Volunteers are needed for the 14th Annual Conley-Guerrero Senior Holiday Luncheon.

THREE SHIFTS. SELECT ONE OR ALL!

1. 7:00 am-9 am, Setting up and food prep

2. 9 am-11:00 am, Greeters, help folks get seated, serve drinks

3. 11:00 am - 1 pm, Plating and food service

Free volunteer t-shirts (while supplies last) and food!

Description

Family Eldercare is a nonprofit agency that has been providing services to older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers in the Austin, Texas area since 1982. Programs and services include: housing and stability, in-home counseling, guardianship, virtual activities for isolated older adults, service coordination, and our annual summer fan drive.
