Moreno Valley Public Library staff has opened a Veterans Resource Center. Moreno Valley Public Library staff is currently recruiting for volunteers to assist local veterans with locating Veterans benefits and services. Volunteers will serve as point of contact to ensure that Veterans and V eteran families of every era know how to obtain state and federal benefits and services earned through their military service. Library staff will provide volunteers with printed materials and technology resources to help each Veteran or Veteran family member navigate My CalVet information.
As a result of COVID-19, the City of Moreno Valley has currently halted its processing of volunteer applications. All new inquiries will be placed on a waiting list until the City begins to process new volunteer applicants.
