Seeds 4 Success, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit in Annapolis whose mission involves guiding youth in public and subsidized housing so that they are able to become healthy, successful adults, is seeking several tutors for our I Am a Reader program, an individualized literacy program for boys in 1 grade who live in Annapolis public or subsidized housing communities. http://s4sannapolis.org/
Tutoring: Each week, one hour will involve providing individual tutoring on Tuesday from 4:00-5:00 at Eastport Elementary located on 5 Street. Each IAR partcipant is matched with an adult, MALE tutor. Tutors are selected and trained by our Masters-level Reading Specialist. No teaching experience necessary.
