Greet guests, answer phones, and assist customers with tour tickets and gift shop purchases. Light cleaning and office tasks as assigned.
Must offer a high level of customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Flexibility and critical thinking skills are beneficial. Comfortable with technology such as IPad and computers. Previous customer service and cash handling experience are preferred, with training available as necessary
