Provide comfort and support to those grieving a loss. As a Silverado Hospice Bereavement Program volunteer, you’ll make supportive bereavement phone calls to hospice families who have experienced the death of a loved one. Opportunities include supportive phone calls to the bereaved, administrative activities, assistance with support groups, and community outreach. Being a part of this special service can have a profound effect on our lives and the lives we touch. Special training is provided.

Description
Our agency helps individuals and their families cope with a terminal diagnosis and end of life decisions. We provide RN's, LVN's, CNA's, Social workers, and Chaplain's, as well as volunteer services to help our patients and their families
