Pathways is an adult basic education center serving adults in the Lynn area with GED-prep classes and ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes, as well as citizenship, English conversation, and family literacy classes.

Urgently seeking a responsible and reliable volunteer to staff our front desk area on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. The shifts we still need are from 9-12 No prior experience required. Spanish skills are a plus but not necessary.

The responsibilities of the position include:

• Staff the reception area
• Greet visitors and direct them to appropriate staff
• Answer phones, take messages, direct calls
• Assist with copying and reporting
• Provide administrative support to advisors and education coordinator
• Assist with inventory and ordering of supplies
• Monitor office equipment
• Other duties as assigned by the Office Manager
