We are currently looking for individuals with a passion for working with teens and a desire to help them help themselves. With your assistance we can support them as they move closer to improving their quality of life. There will be several opportunities available with the start of the 2016-2017 school year. We will be partnering with local high schools, churches, and community centers to offer our Career Pathways course.

Description
The Meliora Company is currently providing a free career readiness course for teens 15-18.
This program covers everything from career exploration, resume building, and interviewing skills to understanding their paycheck, managing a bank account, and the importance of filing a tax return.
Once the students have completed the program we will be offering them the opportunity to participate in a job shadow, apprenticeship, or temporary work experience. Our goal is twofold. First and foremost, we will be giving the students the skills they will need to find a job and become valued employees to the companies they choose to work for. Secondly, we will be giving students exposure to jobs they may not have realized existed. The hope is to guide them to a long-term career in an area of interest to them.
