Cool Creek Park in Hamilton County is in immediate need of a volunteer who is interested in caring for our feathered friends by replenishing bird feeders around the Nature Center. The time commitment will be 1 day per week year round. At this time, we are looking for a volunteer who can come on Friday each week.
Training will be provided. This volunteer position does include semi-heavy lifting of bird feed (up to about 20 lbs).

Description
The Hamilton County Parks and Recreation Department deals mostly with providing open space, nature programming and special events. It maintains over 10 parks and 1300 acres of green space. Some of the more popular parks include: Cool Creek Park, White River Campground, and Strawtown-Koteewi Park.
