JFSA's Senior Services department is looking for volunteers interested in visiting our senior clients at their homes or nursing homes. We can pair you with one senior based on similar interests, or you can sign up to make occasional visits to multiple seniors.
Activities that our seniors often enjoy include playing games/cards, reading, watching movies, listening to music, discussing current events and history, speaking other languages (many of our clients are fluent in German, Polish, Russian and other Eastern European languages). If you are an animal lover with a friendly pet that may like to make visits with you, we may be able facilitate that also!

Description
JFSA was founded in 1977 to provide essential and affordable social services to the community. JFSA's programs touch the lives of well over 5,000 people in Clark County each year. JFSA is a non-sectarian agency and is funded through private donations, fund-raising programs, and a number of grants. We are a member of the Association of Jewish Family and Children's Agencies (AJFCA) the umbrella association of more than 150 JFSAs in North America.
