JFSA is working with a Holocaust Survivor who is looking for a female friend/companion who can visit her on a regular basis (ideally weekly). The volunteer does not need to be Jewish, however, it would be great if you had similar interests.
A little about her... She is huge movie buff and enjoys watching AMC (American Movie Classics). She has a wide range of interests in movies including political thrillers, Clint Eastwood and old musicals with Fred Astaire being her favorite. She also adores Cole Porter and George Gershwin, and holds a personally claimed title of Frank Sinatra's most devoted fan.
She is older and a bit frail, but is very vibrant and enjoys the company of others.

Description
JFSA was founded in 1977 to provide essential and affordable social services to the community. JFSA's programs touch the lives of well over 5,000 people in Clark County each year. JFSA is a non-sectarian agency and is funded through private donations, fund-raising programs, and a number of grants. We are a member of the Association of Jewish Family and Children's Agencies (AJFCA) the umbrella association of more than 150 JFSAs in North America.
