Share your time and talents with individuals affected by Alzheimer's or other types of dementia.
ASEB (Alzheimer's Services of the East Bay) provides Adult Day Health Care to individuals with memory loss. We are open from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, and have three locations (Berkeley, Hayward and Fremont) with the number of participants ranging from 20 - 60 per day, depending on the location.
We have a dedicated staff, but we are in need of volunteers to lead activities or provide one-on-one interaction with participants.
Play an instrument? Lead a singalong! Know how to cook? Lead a cooking class! Whatever your talent is, our participants would enjoy your sharing it with them.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.
