- Establish a supportive, nurturing mentoring relationship with girls ages 10-18
- Meet virtually weekly or in person in Gwinnett County, GA.
- Maintain relationship with mentee through frequent contact via telephone, email, skype, FaceTime, etc.
- Assist mentee with accessing resources that might otherwise be unavailable to her.
- Listen for what your mentee is committed to and help them to see how their behavior is helping them or not helping them get what they want
- Complete virtual or in person community service activities with your mentee.
- Attend required virtual mentor training.
