The Washington County Museum seeks the assistance of talented graphic artists to enhance the quality print and digital materials produced for the museum.
There currently are three areas of need:
#1 Education: Creation of graphics for education programs materials and promotional materials, such as printed fliers and digital online announcements.
#2 Exhibitions: Creation of graphics for small temporary displays, such as narrative panels and object labels. Additional creation of promotional materials for exhibitions.
#3 Fundraising: Creation of graphics for fundraising events and campaigns, such as digital online promotions and print marketing materials.
These are great opportunities for recent arts graduates to develop portfolio materials while supporting a non-profit organization. Interested artists should contact the WCM Executive Director at 1.503.645.5353 or Director@WashingtonCountyMuseum.org

Mission Statement
Five Oaks Museum ignites the imagination for the enrichment of our community. We are the storytellers of Washington County who create innovative experiences that share our heritage and celebrate our diverse cultures.
Description
Washington County Museum is now Five Oaks Museum. Under our new name, we remain committed to sharing important stories and creating learning experiences for all.
Since our founding in 1956 as the Washington County Historical Society, we’ve worked to preserve the artifacts and narratives that define the Tualatin Valley’s unique place in the world. By collaborating with others to explore how art, culture and history shape the past and influence the future, we help visitors connect to a collective local history made up of community voices and the important stories they tell.
Five Oaks Museum is a gathering place of vibrant art, culture and storytelling - a resource for all who are curious about the world around us. It’s a place for everything from learning and self-reflection to the sheer joy of making art or enjoying cultural traditions together. Here, everyone is part of the story.
