Do you practice Mindfulness? Join a small but merry band of volunteers to facilitate a Mindfulness Meditation class with 10 high-functioning students of color at Trailblazers Academy Middle school. You will get to know our wonderful kids who will quickly learn to trust you. Training provided in Vipassana Meditation, a secular practice that uses the breath as an anchor to focus the mind on the present moment. Class days are either Tuesday or Friday from 11:30a to 12:00p. A Domus staff person will be with you during the entire session.
