Mission Statement
The mission of the ASA Service Dogs 501(c)(3) Nonprofit Organization is very simple in concept, yet complex in execution; the potential outcome is limitless. Our ongoing goal is to place exceptionally trained service dogs in the home of children and adults that have physical and/or mental disabilities. This incredibly beneficial resource is not always obtainable to those individuals that need a service dog the most. With the assistance of outside resources, our organization strides to offer service dogs at a significantly reduced cost to qualified individuals.
Description
ASA Service Dogs offers an effective and significantly beneficial resource for physically and/or mentally disabled individuals. We provide uniquely trained service dogs that perform specialized tasks for the disabled child or adult; resulting in an enhanced quality of life for the dog, the recipient, as well as the recipient's friends and family. ASA provides PTSD, Autism, Mobility Support, Peanut Allergy Alert, Wheelchair Assistance, Hearing Alert, and Psychological Service Dogs custom trained for the unique needs of each recipient. Here at ASA Service Dogs, recipient/handler education and superior quality training is not only the standard, it is our passion.
