Assist the Guest House Coordinator with the day to day operations of the shelter. Assist with paperwork and filing the paperwork. Coordinate between the volunteers and be in charge when the Guest House Coordinator is not present. This opportunity would look good on anyones portfolio and is a good start into the administrative world. The hours and days are flexible and can be worked to suite many different volunteers available hours. Some tasks that included with this job are:

• Answer questions volunteers have when needed
• Look at situations and instruct volunteers on what they should do
• Make judgement on weather or not a person should be disciplined or evicted
• Be available when Guest House Coordinator is not available
• Open up the shelter a couple times a week
• Assist with paperwork when needed
• Conduct weekly assesments of guests to find out where they are and what they need
