• Update and maintain volunteer opportunities online via sites like: VolunteerMatch.org, Idealist, volunteerspot.org, voa,org, even craigslist and facebook

• Create and send online emails via constant contact to volunteers

• Answer volunteer email inquiries

• Review volunteer applications and conduct phone interview

• Review code and standards of conduct with volunteers as part of application process

• Refer volunteers to committee chairs

• Stay in touch with committee members to ID needs.

• Stay in communication with volunteers to keep people involved and active
