WearWoof is the only Pittsburgh area animal welfare organization using second hand fashion, accessories, home decor and books to save the lives of homeless animals all over Western Pennsylvania!
Our beautiful 3,000+ sf women's and junior's resale boutique features better and favorite mall brands and labels of career, casusal and cocktail attire (tops, sweaters, dresses, jeans, suits and more) and accessories (handbags, costume jewelry, shoes, scarves, etc), PLUS modern home decor and bestseller books!
Fashionable, animal-loving people and companies donate their unwanted items to WearWoof, and we turn it into funding for low-cost spay-neuter programs, community cat trap-neuter-vaccinate-return initiatives, the shelter, medical care and adoption of homeless animals, and so much more!
We are looking for fashion drivers! It's easy and FUN!
Women wear only about 10% of the clothes in their closets! Clean out your own closet or hold a fashion, home decor or book drive with your friends or coworkers, and maximize your fashion donation impact!

Mission Statement
WearWoof’s Mission is to establish Pittsburgh as the Middle Atlantic region’s most pet-friendly city by supporting the work of like-minded shelters, rescues and organizations in ending pet homelessness, providing resources and education for responsible pet ownership, and aiding the efforts of small, volunteer based local rescues through the consolidation of information, resources and support.
Description
WearWoof is not a shelter or rescue. We are an animal welfare organization that operates a women’s resale shop. Our goal is to support the work of approved shelters and rescues whose mission is aligned with ours. Although we support the efforts Pittsburgh area Shelter and Rescue Partners of all sizes, we are especially attentive to the needs of smaller rescues and shelters who are big on heart but low on resources. Proceeds from sales at the shop, as well as our other fundraising activities, are directed toward our Shelter and Rescue Partners. These Partners are local groups and organizations that must undergo an application and vetting process before being approved to receive WearWoof funding and support.
