Audiovision, the radio reading service for the blind, which is a department of the New Jersey State Library Talking Book & Braille Center, will host the 2016 International Audio Administration Information Services (IAAIS) Conference from Wednesday, June 1st to Sunday, June 5th, 2016 at the Westin Princeton at Forrestal Village in Princeton, New Jersey.

Volunteers are needed Wednesday, June 1st 4-8 pm, and Thursday, June 2nd from 8-9 am to register attendees at the hotel. Volunteers are also needed Thursday to Saturday for morning and afternoon "shifts" to assist attendees at workshops and presentations. Several volunteers are also needed as "ambassadors" Thursday and Friday evening to accompany attendees to plays, a baseball game, restaurants, and other community events. You are also welcome to assist in directing attendees through the hotel for the Saturday evening banquet and after party which includes a live band.

Whatever your talent, there's a place for you to volunteer at the 2016 IAAIS Conference! Some attendees (but not all) are blind or have low vision. Most attendees will be arriving from out of state and many have never visited New Jersey before, so we want them to have a fun, and memorable experience.

The program and agenda have already been confirmed. Please check your availability and let us know how you can participate. You'll have lots of fun!
