The mission of Mothers Against Drunk Driving is to stop drunk driving, support the victims of this violent crime and prevent underage drinking.

MADD Texas State Office Take the Wheel program is a great opportunity to explore your talents:

A MADD Take the Wheel Intern will:

  • Attending or conducting Roll Call Briefings for Law Enforcement
  • Supporting Law Enforcement in their efforts to end drunk driving
  • Assisting with the Travis County Law Enforcement Recognition Awards luncheon
  • Engaging and encouraging ALL segments of the community to join these efforts
  • Attend community coalition meeting
  • Attend health and volunteer fairs
  • Speaking at community presentations about MADD and drunk driving
  • Speaking at community presentation using MADD’s Power of Parents program

*Internship dates will coincide with your school internship schedule. We are flexible.
