Move for Hunger, a national hunger-relief 501(c)3 organization, seeks a creative, motivated, enthusiastic candidate interested in learning more about professional graphic design. The selected candidate with work directly with the events and communications team to help raise awareness about hunger through event fliers, posters, banners, info graphics, and images for social media.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Extensive knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign
Must be able to work cohesively in a team environment and collaborate
Must be organized, detail oriented, and able to meet deadlines
Photography, Microsoft Office knowledge, videography, Adobe Premiere, Adobe AfterEffects are a plus
A portfolio that showcases your many talents (required with interview)
Be open to constructive feedback
Working in a team oriented environment
Candidate must use his/her own laptop during the course of the internship

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Tasks include but are not limited to:

Creating visual content for website and individual posts to our blog/ events section
Creating flyers, banners, posters, and marketing materials for food drives and other events
Creation of layout and design for internal and external collateral materials
Creation of info graphics for social media canpaigns
Input into layout redesign of existing material
Attending brainstorm sessions and communication/design meetings
Adhering to Move For Hunger's brand and style guide
Perform additional administrative tasks as needed, assigned by the Art Director
