BBB seeks attorneys (retired or currently working with flexible schedules) or dispute resolution professionals to serve as arbitrators in the resolution of consumer/business disputes. Individuals must be fair minded, organized and possess strong written and verbal skills to manage hearings and write decisions.
Your participation makes it possible for BBB to offer fast, fair and economical hearings to resolve disputes.
Hearings are held in Jacksonville, Tallahassee and Savannah

Since 1987 BBB Serving Northeast Florida & the Southeast Atlantic has been committed to promoting trust in the marketplace . Our dedicated staff served the northeast Florida region exclusively until merging with the southeast Atlantic region in 2009. We now encompass an area of 58 counties, with two regional offices providing assistance to both consumers and businesses alike. We strive to advance the BBB’s Standards of Trust within our community .
