GRACIE V WHITE FOUNDATION FOR AUTISM
The Gracie V. White Foundation for Autism and other high functioning disabilities. Was established as a non profit in 2012. We provide support to young adults from the age of 15 years of age, until age 99.
They will have the opportunity to learn soft skills before they are transitioned into the community, workforce, educational setting, or social setting. We also provide long term housing for individuals. The parent and guardian are welcome to contact us with any questions or interest. We attempt to serve every young adult and their family in the community who request supportive services during the transitional process. We serve a variety of cultures, and offer affordable services to our families. We are waiver appproved with DODD and approved within every county in Ohio. The principle of serving our clients and their families, is for them to achieve the goals they have for themselves in the future.
We are currectly offering open enrollment for the summer enrichment program for the summer of 2018. If interested or other questions please contact me at 614-620-4273. or email gracie4011@att.net. Thank you.
