CARE is in need of a Holiday Shopkeeper to manage our gift store, answer questions from the community about CARE's mission to rescue dogs and cats from euthanasia, and to assist the Volunteer and Programs Coordinator with pet related issues.
No lifting required unless you can't resist picking up adorable puppies and kittens.
Hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday from 11 a.m. - 3 p.m.
We encourage you to bring your pet during your service hours!
Must be comfortable being around animals!

About CARE for Animals, Inc.
Location:
5516 Kavanaugh Blvd., LITTLE ROCK, AR 72217, US
Mission Statement
To conduct animal rescue by providing medical care and placing animals facing impending euthanasia into foster and permanent homes, to increase awareness for the need to spay/neuter all pets, establish a mobile spay/neuter clinic, and to work with and advise animal shelters in central Arkansas on animal welfare issues.
Description
CARE was established in 1998 for the dual purposes of rescuing abandoned dogs and cats facing euthanasia, as well as providing programs to help people spay or neuter their pets. From a group of four initial volunteers, CARE has grown into hundreds of volunteers who devote thousands of hours to its rescue and spay/neuter operations. Since CARE does not have a shelter facility, we use this website as a virtual shelter where you can view pets available for adoption and submit the Adoption Online Application.
