Join us at the Annual G.I.R.L. Cookie Expo where girls can take part in an all day exposition that promotes everything that is cool about being a girl. They can Discover new skills with hands on activities, Connect those activities to the world around them, and Take Action to make their world a better place. Volunteers will get a chance to help with registration, and doing crafts and activities with kids at the various activities booths.

Description
Founded in 1912, Girl Scouts of the USA is the preeminent organization for girls with a current membership of 3.6 million girls and adults. Girl Scouts of Central California South serves more than 12,000 girls, grades Kindergarten through 12th grade, in Fresno, Kern, Kings, Madera and Tulare Counties.
Girls gain leadership knowledge and skills through experiences led by a group of dedicated Volunteers.
Girl Scouts volunteers influence girls' lives by sharing their talents, gifts, expertise, skills, interests, and life experience to shape fun and enriching leadership experiences for girls, and inspire them to reach their personal best. Volunteers can choose from several flexible opportunities that fit their lifestyles, including short-term or long-term service working either directly or indirectly with girls. Volunteers enter an extensive network of men and women who have developed girls as leaders for the last 100 years and will continue to grow our future!
