It is the right of every pregnant woman to give birth, and the right of every child to be born.
Birthright Board members are all volunteers. We have no paid positions at Birthright. Birthright needs board members to direct the overall operations of our center. The board's job is to govern the major areas of responsibility which are planning, human resources (volunteers) and financial (donations and fund-raising). Our board members meet quarterly to review center operations, financial statements and to plan board projects and activities. They will be called on to help with periodic events and special activities. We need board members who are passionate about helping our volunteers provide counseling services to women and girls facing unplanned pregnancies. Birthright board members must agree to read and follow the Birthright Charter and Policy Directives and see that our center operates in accordance with those directives. The Board officer positions are President, Vice-President, Treasurer and Secretary.
