As Bethany
Christian Service prepares to resettle many Syrians in addition to the arrivals of other refugees from countries, we are growing our housing volunteer program.
We are seeking volunteers who can commit to one or two days per week consistently for just a 2 hour time frame.
Monday- Thursday : 9am-noon (we need on call volunteers who can help without much notice)
This is an excellent way to do mission work at home in Grand Rapids and to support the refugee crisis in a tangible way.
**volunteers will need to be able to lift furniture and set up housing/donations. If you are unable to do so, we can still contact you for house set-ups and other needs on an on-call basis, so please get in touch if that is something you are interested in.
