Become a Raffle Coordoinator for Special Olympics Montana!

The Special Olympics Charles Russell Area (communities like Great Falls, Conrad, Shelby and Cut Bank) is looking for a Raffle Coordinator(s) with a passion for providing opportunities to individuals with intellectual disabilities. The Raffle Coordinator plays an instrumental role in managing fundraising efforts for Special Olympics athletes and volunteers in the Charles Russell Area.

As a global movement, Special Olympics provides year-round sports training and competition opportunities to individuals with intellectual disabilities at no cost to the athletes. Through fundraising efforts, Special Olympics ensures athletes will train for life through sports. Current fundraising efforts are focused around two primary statewide events, the MTN/Chevy Raffle and Law Enforcement Torch Run Polar Plunges. The MTN/Chevy Raffle enters its 22nd year providing the public an opportunity to win a Chevy Silverado Pickup for only $5 per ticket. The Raffle Coordinator works directly with other community businesses, groups and individuals to organize and plan fundraising opportunities for Special Olympics athletes and volunteers directly related to the MTN/Chevy Raffle.

Volunteers must be enthusiastic about working with diverse groups and be willing to coordinate fundraising efforts throughout the duration of the raffle (November - May). No experience is necessary for this position; training and fundraising materials will be provided. Time commitment will vary throughout the year depending on events.
