We are in need of a few good volunteers to sort, repack and distribute food to our clients. We are also in need of drivers to pick up and drop off donated food and personal hygiene items to the elderly and disabled, as they are unable to make it to the food bank. If this is something you are interested in, you will have a lasting impact on Pierce County!

Making a Difference Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, whose mission is to make a difference in the lives of others everyday.
We believe that every person has the capacity to serve and make a difference in a person's life. Inspired by Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., "Everybody can be great, because everybody can serve. You don't have to have a college degree to serve. You don't have to make your subject and your verb agree to serve. You don't have to know about Plato and Aristotle to serve. You don't have to know Einstein's "Theory of Relativity" to serve. You don't have to know the Second Theory of Thermal Dynamics in Physics to serve. You only need a heart full of grace, a soul generated by love, and you can be that servant."
