We have the honor of hosting a traditional Thanksgiving Dinner for all our Boys & Girls Club members. This is a formal event we host every year where we serve about 1500 youth within the San Pedro and Wilmington area. Volunteers are needed for assisting with set-up and serving at all three locations. The dinner is hosted from 5:00 PM-7:00 PM. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Join us in serving your community during this wonderful season of giving!

Description
BGCLAH offers assistance to youth, specifically low-income youth. We offer daily programming which includes Academics (tutoring), Athletics (sports leagues, general sports), Arts, STEM, Music, Dance, and College Preparation. We have needs in all program areas in which outreaching for consistent volunteers are vital for our organization to run since our members thrive off of 1-on-1 assistance. We also have a need for our Food Distribution Program (Weekend Wellness) which hosts a once a month distribution for our families and the community facing food insecurity. We need volunteers for this program since it requires a lot more labor and the more hands on deck, the more beneficial it is for our staff and program to run.
