JASA

Volunteer with JA and inspire elementary and middle school students to make informed financial decisions, prepare for the workforce, and understand more about business and entrepreneurship!

We are looking for volunteers with all educational and professional backgrounds who have practical experience to share with students and facilitate these interactive programs: Our Business World, Dollars with Sense, Diversity in Action, Economics for Success, Investment Strategies Program.

JA programs take place at local elementary and middle schools during regular school hours. The volunteer time commitments are varied and average 4 hours (usually over the course of one morning).

JA provides all of the program materials, presentation aids, and a 90 minute training session to help you prepare for the classroom.

Also, volunteers deliver programs in pairs for extra support!
