By volunteering at Good Samaritans of Garland, you assist in providing nourishment to the underfed and hungry people in our community. It takes upwards of 15-20 volunteers a day to serve our average of 300 households each day.

Unloading trucks, stocking shelves, building pantry boxes. Heavy lifting required.

Description
Good Samaritans of Garland compassionately provides food assistance to qualifying families and individuals in Garland, Rowlett and Sachse (all communities in the GISD). "Good Sam" partners with community resource providers, city agencies, local businesses, school campuses and faith-based communities to help assist in transforming individuals from dependence to independence.
