Every day wonderful board candidates approach us for board service who are either too young to be considered for a full board seat by many of our clients, or unable to meet the $5000 give/get required by most of our nonprofit clients. To date we have not been able to accommodate these terrific people and their generous desire to give back. What a great loss for the nonprofit community!

Junior board candidates have tremendous skills to offer in so many areas, especially branding, communications, digital marketing, marketing, social media, public relations, web and graphic design, strategic partnerships, and tech issues. For some the fun of planning parties and networking is reason enough to join a junior board. For others the ability to work on substantive programming challenges and partner with the board and staff is a great attraction. Whatever the reason, we are delighted to now have the infrastructure in place to connect the junior talent that we have not been fully tapping with the nonprofits who need them.
