Everyday countless items are thrown into the landfill, because they no longer work. Here at Ecoverse, we aim to help reduce the waste by repairing the broken items so that the items can once again be put to good use.
Every Saturday from 10am-12pm we host a repair cafe, where people can bring in their broken items for repair. While the goal is to ulitmately fix the items, we utilize the opportunity to also teach the individual about the issue so that they can do it themselves the next time. We are looking for individuals who are interested in troubleshooting and repairing broken items. Our goal is to fix anything that comes thourgh the doors whether it be computers, small appliances, furniture, clothing, etc. We have a basic assortment of tools, but you are more than welcome to bring in your own set.
