Title of volunteer position: Executive Support Volunteer

Location: The Family Partnership South Hennepin office (1550 East 78th Street, Suite 102, Richfield, MN 55423)

Supervisor: Ann Somers, Executive Assistant

Office support and organizing on a weekday to aid in the timely flow of information for Executives and Board of Directors.

Position Summary:

  1. File board meeting records
  2. Organize other paper and/or electronic materials pending skill level.
  3. Compile (copy and mail) items for Executives or Board Members
  4. Assist with preparation for meetings: research catering options, schedule location, confirm attendance, make copies, etc.
  5. Other projects pending office skills

Responsibilities: Assist the Executive Assistant with organizing records

Qualifications: Dependable and personable, flexibility, and ability to both take direction and work independently. Casual business attire required. Computer experience helpful, but not required.
