We have volunteer opportunities in the homes of our patients to provide love, care, comfort and support.


To provide non-medical support to the hospice program. Our goal is it help improve and maintain a quality of life for the terminally ill and their families/caregivers. The Patient care volunteer will help achieve this goal through direct contact with people under Hospice care. Ways you can provide care may inculde: Listening to patient’s concerns, comforting and supportive presence, Engaging in the patient’s hobbies, Running errands or doing light housekeeping for the patient and family, Encouraging the patient to tell their life story, Transporting a patient to physician visits or shopping, Providing time for the caregiver to take care of her/his self or other approved duties.
