The Program Assistant works with Hope's Crossing Executive Director you will be responsible for managing the requirements for the various programs offered by the organization. You will engage with participants periodically to ensure timely help and support with various issues faced by our participants. You will organize schedules for classes, community changes or updates to participants, maintain attendance records and schedule individual discussion sessions with other team members.

Providing support to the Community Engagement Specialist, connecting with employers, agencies and community resources that will be beneficial for our participants to be aware of. Connecting participants to resources to promote personal and economic sustainability.

Our organization helps women identify and overcome barriers to success, creating a plan to surpass her own unique challenges. With the support of a skilled case manager and a dedicated mentor, she will have all the tools needed to fulfill her journey of becoming whole and healthy. Life skills classes are designed to address the key issues facing women in a period of transition. Assistance and resources are provided free of cost to find safe housing and successful re-entry into the workforce. Our organization is filled with passionate women who create the safe environment needed for our clients to grow and reach their fullest potential.
