WHO: Fun outgoing person or persons (you can team teach) over the age of 50, willing to be trained in an exercise program and committed to leading that exercise program for older adults.

WHAT: A comprehensive senior health promotion exercise program. Oasis will provide CPR certification and class materials at no cost to you. You will receive ongoing support from the program coordinator.

WHEN: New instructors will have an opportunity to observe and team teach at anytime until they are comfortable. Exercise class times are 2 times per week during daytime hours - usually mornings or early afternoon.

WHERE: Class locations vary - currently looking for an instructor in at the Oasis at Morningside location (2201 St. Cloud, San Antonio, 78201) also looking for a partner/sub for the Helotes Area and partner/sub on the West side 78207 zip code.

COMMITMENT: Have participants complete minimal paperwork on enrollment - take roll before each class - turn in rosters and volunteer time-sheet each month and participant paperwork as needed. Lead exercise classes 2 times per week for one year. Subs and/or Partners cover classes for vacation and other absences.
